Rich has been involved in many aspects of real estate throughout the years. Starting at a young age in the construction field, working his way up through the ranks from laborer into management and later owning his own company, building, rehabbing and repairing homes. He has been involved in several property investment projects both for himself and for other investors. Rich, worked in the property management field for 32 years involved with several large properties throughout the southern and central part of New Hampshire. Rich was born and raised in Concord, NH, as a young adult built a home just outside of Concord in the town of Loudon where he lived and raised a family. He has recently downsized from that very large home in Loudon and is now living back in Concord. For enjoyment he loves to travel and meet new people and explore different cultures.
