Welcome to this OFF THE GRID camp with two homes on the Swift River. This is a magical location that allows you to slow down & step back in time. A UNIQUE property that comes with a main house built in 1965. The owner opened up the inside to better be able to enjoy the view. Entering in from the front doors, the kitchen, dining & family room greet you, but your eyes go directly to the river. There is a half bath and a wood stove on this level as well. Walk up the stairwell to the loft that is used as the bedroom. Vintage colored glass doors can be closed or leave them open & watch the river. On the lower walk out level you will find a reading nook with daybed, & open bathtub area so you can bathe while enjoying the view. Outside, you will find a sandy beach, custom bathtub that you can fill with hot water just in case you want to bathe outside by the river or perhaps you prefer to be relaxing & cozy by the fire pit. There are two open shed areas, one is currently used for an outside kitchen, great for entertaining all summer long! There is a craftsman style small cottage that was built on the property in 2018 and is super cute. Room with a loft, wood stove & front porch. A carport next to it that is used for parties or relaxing in the summer with a bench swing & hammock and plenty of room for dancing! In the winter, it has clearance to store a small camping trailer. Small private neighborhood, NO drivebys requested.
