Timothy is a lifelong New Hampshire native, having spent 30+ years living out in the woods of Weare, and just recently moved to Concord. He worked many years as a personal caretaker and in 2019 received a medical coding certificate through Concord's own New Hampshire Technical Institute. Tim became interested in becoming a licensed real estate agent after a fellow agent of Regarding Real Estate helped his mother sell her home and relocate to a nice elderly community during a particularly challenging time. Tim is excited at the opportunity to assist others in similar situations. He started school in October of 2023 and passed his license exam at the beginning of January 2024. He is ready to hit the ground running as he starts this new endeavor with us here at Regarding Real Estate. Tim has yet to find a challenge he can't take head on. In his spare time he likes going to the gym but the hobby he is most passionate about is attending concerts as it is a great way to meet people and an even better way to travel throughout the country.
